Your inbox. Your data.
Here is exactly how Gorganizer accesses, processes, and protects your Gmail data. Full transparency β no marketing language.
Our commitments
We never store your email content
Gorganizer reads your emails to analyze them, then immediately discards the content. We store only metadata needed for your account (email count, last scan date, settings). Your email text never touches our database.
Minimal OAuth scopes
During a free scan we request gmail.readonly β read only, no modifications. When you choose to clean, we request gmail.modify β the narrowest scope that allows moving emails to Trash. We never request gmail.delete (permanent deletion) or access to your contacts.
GDPR compliant β EU servers
Our database runs on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Your account data β email, settings, subscription status β is stored on EU infrastructure and processed under GDPR. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
30-day recovery window β no permanent deletion
Gorganizer moves emails to Gmail Trash, never permanently deletes them. Gmail automatically purges Trash after 30 days β giving you a full month to review and restore anything. We never issue Gmail permanent delete calls.
Starred and flagged emails are always protected
Any email you have starred is automatically excluded from cleanup. We also protect emails with PDF/DOC attachments, invoice/receipt keywords, calendar invites (.ics), emails you have replied to, and security alerts.
Server-side processing only
The scoring algorithm runs entirely on our servers β your email content is never sent to your browser or third parties. The algorithm itself is proprietary server-side code, not a client-side script anyone can inspect or copy.
Security FAQ
Can Gorganizer send emails on my behalf?
No. The gmail.modify scope we request cannot send emails β it can only move, label, and archive. We never request gmail.send or gmail.compose.
What happens if I revoke access?
Gorganizer immediately loses access to your Gmail. Your account data in our system (email address, settings, payment status) remains until you delete your account from Settings.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell, share, or monetize your personal data or email metadata. Our only revenue is the one-time payment for inbox cleaning.
How can I delete all my data?
Go to Settings β Account β Delete Account. This removes your email address, settings, and payment history from our database within 24 hours.
Is Gorganizer verified by Google?
Yes. Our OAuth application is submitted for Google verification. The review process checks our privacy policy, data handling, and security practices.
