Is my email content private?
Yes. Gorganizer reads email metadata (sender, subject, headers, labels) to score each message. It does not read the full body of your emails, and it never stores email content on our servers. Your Gmail data stays in your Gmail account — we only call the Gmail API on your behalf when you trigger a scan. We cannot access your inbox when you are not using the app.
What if it deletes something important?
It can't permanently delete anything. Gorganizer moves emails to Gmail's Trash — the same place emails go when you press Delete yourself. Gmail keeps trash for 30 days before permanent deletion, so you can recover anything from your Trash folder within that window. On top of that, invoices, receipts, starred emails, calendar invites, and any email you've replied to are hardcoded safe and will never be touched.
What email providers are supported?
Gmail only, for now. Gorganizer uses the Gmail API directly and is verified by Google through their OAuth review process. Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers are not supported.
Is it really a one-time payment? No recurring charges?
$4.99 once. We charge your card exactly once and that's it — no subscription, no auto-renewal, no monthly fee. You get access to all future updates included. The Annual Re-Clean Pass is an optional separate add-on; the base Unlocked plan has no recurring charges.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@gorganizer.com for a full refund. No forms, no hoops.
Why would I need the Annual Re-Clean Pass?
Your inbox doesn't stop filling up after the first clean. New newsletters, new marketing emails, and new junk arrive every week. The Re-Clean Pass upgrades auto-clean from daily to hourly, adds storage reports so you can track how much space you're saving over time, and sends a weekly digest showing what was cleaned. At $2.99/year it's less than a coffee, and you can cancel anytime.
Do future updates cost extra?
No. Paying once gives you all future features and improvements to the Unlocked plan — including anything we ship after your purchase.
What's included in the Free plan exactly?
The Free plan scans up to 100 emails and shows you a full preview: which emails would be trashed, which are protected as invoices, and the specific reason each was flagged. Nothing is actually moved or deleted in the free tier — it's a read-only preview so you can see exactly what you're getting before paying.
