How does a seat work?
Each seat covers one Gmail account. When you purchase 5 seats, you grant access for 5 team members to connect their Gmail and use all Unlocked features, plus shared team controls through the admin dashboard.
Is this really one-time — no annual renewal?
Yes. Pay once for your seat count and use it forever. The optional annual re-clean pass ($2.99/seat/year) adds scheduled hourly auto-clean and storage reports, but the core clean is always yours permanently.
Can we add seats later?
Yes. You can purchase additional seat blocks at any time. Your original seat price is locked — existing seats are never repriced.
Do team members share access to each other's email?
No. Each member connects their own Gmail account — their email content is private. The admin dashboard shows aggregate stats (emails cleaned, categories) but never email content. The shared controls (blacklist, whitelist) affect filtering rules only.
What email domains are supported?
Any Gmail or Google Workspace account. If your team uses Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), each member connects their workspace Gmail address individually.
